The main living room gives everyone an easy place to land after lake time, dinner, or a day around Breezy Point. It has comfortable seating, a 75-inch smart TV, a full-wall fireplace, and expansive lake views.
Lower-Level Family Room
Downstairs, the lower-level family room creates a second hangout zone for kids, teens, night owls, games, or movie time. It includes an oversized L-shaped sectional, a leather chair, a 75-inch smart TV, ping pong table, game table with seating for six, lake views, and walkout access.
That second space helps the whole home feel easier. Some guests can play downstairs while others talk upstairs, cook, rest, or step out to the deck.

The lake-facing deck is one of the home's clearest gathering places. It stretches across the back of the house and creates room for catching stunning sunrises over the bay, morning coffee, lake watching, outdoor meals, grilling, and long conversations.
The deck includes outdoor dining for 6-8, patio furniture, a 4-burner gas grill, composite decking, black aluminum railings, and views of Pelican Lake.
Down by the water, the lakeside fire pit gives everyone an easy place to end the day without leaving the property. Adirondack seating for up to 16 makes it simple to keep the evening together.

Private Lake Access On Pelican Lake
Breezy Point Lakehouse puts the lake at the center of the stay. The home sits on a protected bay of Pelican Lake with private shoreline, a 70-foot fiberglass dock, and a 12' x 10' platform at the end of the dock.
Guests can bring boats up to the dock, explore Pelican Lake by boat, fish from dock or boat, and use the included 2 kayaks in the protected waters of the bay.
For swimming, sandy beaches are within walking distance at Breezy Point Resort and other nearby spots. The home setting is best described as peaceful private lakefront access in a protected bay, with broader swimming and recreation available by boat or nearby beaches.
Nearby boat launch options include Breezy Point Resort and a public boat launch a few blocks north of the resort in the same bay.
