SMS communications branded as Breezy Point Lakehouse are sent for Breezy Point Lakehouse, which is owned and operated by Vasquez Vacation Homes LLC. By providing your phone number and choosing to receive text messages from Breezy Point Lakehouse, you agree that Breezy Point Lakehouse may send you SMS messages based on the separate consent option or options you select. Transactional and promotional SMS consent are collected separately.

SMS consent is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or staying at Breezy Point Lakehouse.
